Yes. Pending means queued or waiting for confirmations.
Pending is a normal state, not an error. It means one of two things.
- Queued on our side — waiting to be signed and broadcast, or waiting on a check.
- Broadcast and waiting for the network to confirm it. At this point it has a hash you can follow on an explorer.
Open transactions in your account. If there is a hash, the money has left us and the chain owns the timing.

No hash and no movement for a long stretch? Send support the transaction id from your account page.
