How DOPE handles location restrictions, the list still needed from the operator, and what a blocked result means.
Draft — not contractual
1. The official geoblock result
Access to DOPE is geo-blocked according to the official API's geoblock result for the current request. When that result says access is blocked, the app shows a banner and blocks play. This page does not override the API result or decide whether a territory is permitted.
2. Approved blocked-jurisdiction list
The owner-approved blocked-jurisdiction list is [Approved blocked-jurisdiction list]. It must be replaced with the reviewed list before this policy is final. The API result remains the enforcement signal at the time of a request.
3. If you are in a restricted territory
Do not sign in, deposit or play from a restricted territory, and do not try to work around the block. Visit the restricted access page to see the current API result and follow the instructions there. If you have an account or balance question, contact support.
4. VPNs and location masking
Using a VPN, proxy or other location-masking tool to evade a geoblock breaches the terms of service. It can lead to access being refused, an account being suspended or an account being closed.
5. Contact
If the geoblock result looks wrong, use support from a normal connection and tell us the territory and approximate time of the check. Do not send a magic link, private key or recovery phrase.
