The agreement between you and DOPE. Read it before you bet.
Placeholders
1. Who we are
DOPE ("DOPE", "we", "us") is operated by [Company name], registered in [Jurisdiction] under company number [Registration number], at [Registered address], and licensed by [Regulator] under licence number [Licence number].
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us for your use of the site, the casino, the sportsbook and every account service attached to them.
2. Accepting these terms
Opening an account, funding it, or placing a bet means you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the responsible gambling policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to bet after that date is acceptance of the new version.
3. Eligibility
- You are 18 or older, or the legal gambling age where you live, whichever is higher.
- You are acting for yourself, with your own money, and not on anyone else's instruction.
- You are not in a territory where our service is restricted, and you are not disguising your location.
- You are not an employee of DOPE or of a supplier, nor a relative of one, where that is excluded by [Regulator] rules.
- You have not been self-excluded here or on a scheme we participate in.
We may verify any of the above at any time, and we may suspend an account while we do.
4. Your account
- One account per person, per household and per device. Duplicate accounts are closed and their winnings and rewards are void.
- Sign-in is passwordless. You are responsible for the security of the email address, wallet or social account attached to it.
- Every bet placed from your account is treated as placed by you.
- Account details must be accurate and current. Tell us when they change.
- You may not sell, transfer or share an account.
5. Verification and anti-money-laundering
We must meet the identity, source-of-funds and sanctions duties that apply to us. We may ask for documents at any time, and we may hold a withdrawal until a check completes.
- Where the site requires it, your email must be verified before a withdrawal is released.
- Deposits and withdrawals must use wallets that belong to you. Third-party transfers are refused and may be returned less costs.
- We may refuse a deposit, void a bet, or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, market abuse, chip dumping or money laundering.
- Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity, and we may be prohibited from telling you that we have.
6. Deposits, balances and withdrawals
- Balances are held in crypto, per bankroll. A bankroll is one token on one network.
- Your balance is a claim against us for play and withdrawal. It is not a bank deposit, it earns no interest, and it is not protected by a deposit-guarantee scheme.
- Amounts, minimums, network costs and confirmation requirements are shown in the app at the time of the action and apply as shown.
- Transfers on a public network are irreversible. We are not liable for funds sent to a wrong address or over a wrong network.
- We may set limits on any account for legal, risk or responsible-gambling reasons.
7. Bets
- A bet is accepted when our system records it, not when your device shows it.
- Our records are the authority on any bet, result or balance.
- We may void a bet placed at an obviously wrong price or on an obviously wrong market, or one placed after an event was decided.
- A bet interrupted by a fault is settled on the result our system records, or refunded where no result exists.
- Game rules, RTP where published, and the fairness proof for our Originals are shown with the game — see fairness.
8. Bonuses and rewards
- Rakeback, tiers, bonuses, races and referral commission are shown with their own terms in the app, and those terms apply alongside these.
- A bonus may carry a wagering requirement. Until it is met, part of the balance can be restricted.
- Abuse — including duplicate accounts, low-risk or hedged wagering to clear a requirement, or collusion — voids the reward and any winnings from it.
- We may withdraw or change a promotion at any time. Bets already placed under it are honoured.
9. Affiliates and referrals
- Referral attribution happens at registration and cannot be applied later.
- You may not refer yourself or any account you control.
- Spam, misleading claims, and bidding on our brand in paid search void commission and close the code.
- We may adjust or reclaim commission earned from voided, fraudulent or charged-back activity.
10. Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive. Cool-off and self-exclusion are available on request and are applied without argument. A self-exclusion cannot be lifted early. See the responsible gambling policy.
11. Prohibited conduct
- Using bots, scripts, automation or any tool that plays for you.
- Exploiting a fault, a pricing error or a software defect instead of reporting it.
- Colluding with other players, or acting as a front for another person.
- Interfering with the service, its network, or other users.
- Abusing our staff. Support is closed to abusive contacts.
Breach lets us void bets, withhold balances pending investigation, and close the account.
12. Suspension and closure
You may close your account at any time by asking support. We may suspend or close an account for breach, for a legal duty, or on reasonable suspicion of the conduct in section 11. Where we close an account with no breach on your side, we return the withdrawable balance.
13. Liability
- The service is provided as-is. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for gambling losses.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount in your account balance at the time the claim arose, unless the law says otherwise.
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Complaints
Send a complaint to support or to [complaints email]. We acknowledge it and give a written outcome. If you are not satisfied, you may refer it to [Regulator or alternative dispute resolution body] at [ADR contact].
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of [Jurisdiction], and the courts of [Jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you have to bring a claim where you live.
16. Contact
